UPDATE!!!
I recently had the opportunity to test the Thermosack further and have much more information on the product. On a recent black bear hunting trip to Nova Scotia, Canada, I had a great chance to put the Thermosack to the test. The
hunt was a tree stand hunt, over bait and the weather was less than favorable for a hunter to spend time in the woods. The temperatures averaged around
35-40 degrees for most of the hunt. Spending the entire day out in these type conditions, sitting up 25 feet in a tree provided a good test. The Thermosack
proved once again that it is a fantastic item for not only concealment, but comfort as well. Once I had set up in the tree stand, I dropped down the
Thermosack and snapped myself in. Neither rain, wind or cold could get past the features built into the product. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted in the tree stand even with the harsh conditions.
I have also been hunting with the Thermosack here in Utah on an extended season mule deer hunt. I am convinced this piece of equipment is invaluable in the field.
