Ingredients: Flour Pie Crust
2 Large potatoes, dice and boil almost to soup 1/4 cup of each peas, carrots, onionand celery, all diced Oil for frying 2-3 dove breast cut into small pieces salt and pepper to taste
While potatoes are cooking fry the vegetables in a small amount of oil. slightly brown the dove breasts in oil. Place potatoes into pie crust, add vegetables and place dove breasts on top. Bake at 325
degrees for 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
